Can I cancel my order?

You will be able to cancel your order at no charge if it is done at least 24 hours before your delivery day. Any order cancelled after that will incur a $10.00 service fee.

Where can I leave my tank for exchange?

A.

You can leave your tank anywhere safe that our delivery person can access. We will even deliver right to your backyard.

What condition of a tank will you accept for exchange?

We will accept a good working condition tank. We will not accept a rusty or broken tanks. We will however haul it away free for our customers.

Do you accept a non OPD tank for exchange?

A.

No, we do not accept a Non OPD tank for exchange (an OPD tank has a triangle knob with "OPD" on it. "OPD" stands for Overfill Protection Device). We will however haul it away free for our customers.

Is there any contract to sign up for your service?

There is no contract, no fee and no requirement to sign up for the service.

How does propane exchange delivery work?

We have set up a very simple and convenient way for you to buy your propane. In fact, you do not have to be at home to enjoy this service. Just follow these three simple steps:

1. Check your zip code to see if we have service in your area.
2. Fill out your order information.
3. On your delivery day, make sure you leave an empty tank outside for us to exchange.

What are your delivery days?

Each zip code of our service area enjoys two free deliveries per week. Depending on your zip code, you may have Monday & Thursday, Tuesday & Friday, or Wednesday & Saturday delivery service. As long as your order is placed the day before your free scheduled delivery day, you absolutely pay no service charge.

You do not have to wait until your scheduled delivery days to enjoy our service. With our "Next Day Service", you pay a low fee of $4.99 for your unscheduled delivery days of the week as long as your order is placed the day before the delivery day. For example, You are going to need propane for tomorrow (which is Tuesday) and your Free Scheduled Delivery days are Wednesday and Saturday. So, with our "Next Day Service," you can have your propane delivered on Tuesday.

What is your delivery time?

Our delivery time is from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.

What time do I get my delivery?

A.

We can not give you an exact delivery time depending on the number of deliveries on the day and the time each delivery will take. Delivery routes are different everyday and can vary. The delivery time is between 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. However, most of our deliveries will be completed before 5:00 pm. So, please be sure to leave your tank out before 6:00 a.m. and we will exchange it that day.

How much propane will I get?

The net weight that we put in is 15lbs of propane and we stand behind it.

How much the gross weight of propane and the tank will be?

A.

Most common tanks are made of steel and generally they weigh between 16.7 to 18 lbs depending on manufactururs. So the gross weight is appoximately 35lbs.
